Being an IT Technician requires patience, an extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills.I was granted a special opportunity to work at a video game developer, beginning as a tester. Since then, my appreciation and understanding of the role of QA tester has only become greater. I have a been a tester, senior tester, lead tester and supervisor for over 10+ projects, across multiple platforms and SKU\'s and 2 hardware cycles. I have extensive knowledge of the development cycle and the demands required to successfully complete a project. I have also had the opportunity to build up the QA department from the ground up, as well as develop and implement testing procedures, processes and practices that are still in use today.
