I\'m leading a large-scale update of Bitly\'s Help Center. My primary goals are to reflect the growing breadth of a young company\'s product offerings while maintaining a fun and compelling tone, allowing Bitly to strengthen its relationship with customers throughout the product lifecycle. Using website data, customer feedback, and input from our customer-facing teams, I\'m auditing and updating existing content. I consult with product owners and engineering teams to understand and document new features and products. I collaborate with Bitly\'s Senior Content Strategist to develop the information architecture and style guidelines for the Help Center and to make recommendations for a maintenance strategy to keep the Help Center up-to-date.
