Initially engaged on a FTC to lead the TUPE transfer of approx 400 U.K. employees into the Europe & Africa region (approx 1,800 employees) of a brand new shipping line. Moved into my current permanent position accountable for all HR matters at the EUA RHQ. In the three years since launch (April 2018), we have launched full suite of policies, job grading, performance management, HRIS & payroll system rollouts (Success Factors & ADP), global employee engagement, Core Values, HR intranet network, mgmt profiling and PRP.
