Responsible for all physical inventory and material accountability.Coordinates project for ongoing software development using sprints for a new configuration management system needed for programs onsite. Utilized programs such as Salesforce and GovWin alongside General manager to forecast business opportunities and evaluate pipeline portfolios for tracking and analysis of future programs. Reviewed proposals, SOWs, and budget requirements when analyzing current contracts and potential new programs.Assisted leadership in overseeing personnel management to identify new hires and analyze contractual needs for different program opportunities.
