I started my career with a passion for designing automotive seating systems. Over time, I gained a deeper understanding of what customers truly look for in a seat. I then applied the same principles to designing and managing projects in interior trims. As I became more familiar with project management for enhancing interior trims, I developed an appreciation for the commercial aspects, focusing on value engineering and optimizing the bottom line. In my current role, I manage automotive exterior lighting programs from cradle to launch and beyond. While working on lighting systems, I went from seeing a headlamp as \"just a lamp\" to recognizing it as a sophisticated piece of engineering and understanding the complex product, supply chain, and financial aspects behind the product. As a Program Manager, I strive to keep programs on track and moving at the right pace while ensuring clear and effective communication with clients. Additionally, I focus on the commercial aspects to enhance profitability and drive financial success for each program.Outside of work, I am passionate about bird photography and mentoring young professionals.
