As a Business Analyst for the OpenCo P&C application, I serve as the primary liaison between UK-based business units (Operations, Claims, Credit Control, Technical Accounting) and the DXC development team. I manage the end-to-end resolution of production issues and system optimizations within a high-volume transaction management environment.Key Responsibilities:• Stakeholder Management & Prioritization: Partner with UK Business Managers and Senior BAs to identify and prioritize production issues based on business urgency and ROI.• Policy & Claims Lifecycle: Resolve critical discrepancies in policy binding, endorsements, signings, and cancellations. Ensure the integrity of claims processing and technical accounting data.• Production Support & Data Integrity: Diagnose backend transaction failures within the SQL-based management system. Coordinate with developers to implement SQL data fixes for invalid transactions that cannot be resolved via the UI.• UAT & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all technical fixes.
