   Procurement of Electronics components (Capacitors, Resistors, Inductors, etc.) against Production plan from approved suppliers by 3months forecast analysis.Global sourcing of material based on the BOM of customers.Manage and evaluate acquisition processes such as RFI & RFQ negotiations and timely issuance of PO’s to Vendors and ensure no de- commits which may lead to Production line down, expedite as per requirement, Quick replacement for the rejected parts from supplier or a credit note as per the situation demand.Demand planning for NPI and Mass build by working on MRP Requisition.PO creation based on weekly MRP as of placing orders and order management.Ensuring the payment for the suppliers is done as per the payment terms. In case of discrepancy, following with the supplier and finance team for early clearance.Conducted the monthly call with Site management team and supplier to understand the material supply and other open issues.Proposing Alternate Manufacturers Materials To Customers.Coordinating with the engineering department to communicate parts design requirements with suppliers, ensuring highest quality were met at lowest possible cost.Coordinate with IQC to meet their requirements and control the rejection.Maintaining the day to day Buyer metrics of 90% success rate for Pull in/ Push out / Cancellation.Analyzing customer buying patterns and predicting future requirements.Follow the supplier for the PO confirmation and ontime arrival of goods.Work on material shortages in order to enable production without any line stop which affects productivity.Providing status of material availability and other queries from production team-Production supports.
