ABOUT AJEET SINGH KALSI

With a passion for quality assurance and customer satisfaction, I have over six years of experience in ensuring that the services delivered by various organizations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in information technology and accounting, which enables me to conduct audits, analyze data, identify gaps, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve the processes and performance of the teams and the organization.Most recently, I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Waste Management, the leading provider of waste and environment solutions in North America. There, I was responsible for client billing, reconciliation audit, billing audit, billing on time, escalations, and monitoring and evaluating the calls and chats of the agents. I ensured compliance with the client\'s specifications and policies, and provided coaching and training to enhance the quality and productivity of the agents. I also contributed to the company\'s mission of delivering value to the customers and the environment. I am currently pursuing my Master\'s degree in Msc Management from Leeds Beckett University, where I am learning new skills and knowledge in management, leadership, communication, and teamwork. I am motivated by learning new things, solving problems, and delivering value to the customers and the environment.
