I am a Management student with a strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. While currently exploring various aspects of business, including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, I am especially drawn to the role of HR in shaping workplace culture and efficiency.I recently served as an Academic Coordinator at DOPA, where I successfully managed my team for three months, enhancing my leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This experience strengthened my ability to coordinate tasks, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure smooth execution of responsibilities—skills that are highly relevant in the HR domain.I am eager to gain practical HR experience through an internship that allows me to apply my skills in team management, recruitment, and workplace efficiency.
