Through the Shipyard Operations Leadership Program, I rotate through leadership roles, including assignments as an Operations Supervisor, where I lead teams of skilled trade workers in the construction of U.S. Navy submarines. I’m responsible for ensuring high standards of production quality, team safety, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. I work closely with planning, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, optimize workflow, and maintain production schedules. By balancing leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on coordination, I help drive efficient and reliable submarine production.
