I love bringing people and their ideas together in mutually beneficial ways.Synthesis is my superpower; a talent that first manifested in high school, where I led my first collaborative homework completion cohort. Back then, the goal was to do less homework, and the improved grades and reduced stress were just a bonus. Developing my instinct for optimization has given me many advanced skills, ranging from customer service to project management and employee efficiency. Today, I specialize in transforming high-level ideals and goals into clear, actionable plans at the individual, team, and company-wide levels. My approach is consistent with agile methodologies in that the goal is small, meaningful contributions that compound over time to create a wholly different and better product.Outside of work, I live on the extremes. I’m either super active chasing my twin passions of surfing and golf, or in a lethargy binge where I’ll read an entire series (shoutout Mitch Rapp novels and the Star Wars Legends continuity) or grinding a RPG or platformer until every last secret is revealed to me.
