Delivery-focussed project and programme management professional, leading technology-enabled change and business transformation across a FTSE250 multinational wealth management company. Role highlights include:• Successfully delivered Quilter’s strategic ‘Variation of Permissions’ (VOP) programme; managing a budget of £3m+ and 100+ staff to enable Quilter Cheviot to become directly authorised for financial planning - bringing together advice and investment management teams in a single regulated entity. Brought in to ‘rescue’ VOP in 2024, I worked with Executive stakeholders to reset over-arching programme governance and revised project-level accountabilities and plans to kick-start delivery. As a result, VOP delivered significant changes to Quilter’s technology and reporting estate, ‘to be’ processes, risk and compliance frameworks and Target Operating Model; all within budget and in accordance with the FCA’s regulatory timeframe. Year 1 benefits have been delivered, and QC is on track to realise total benefits of c.£15m by Year 3• Led the deployment of a Dynamic planning and reporting system to over UK financial advisers in Quilter’s Network. Devised and managed the programme plan to successfully roll-out software to c.200 UK firms within a 6-month period: providing software licences, training, and change management support to ensure QFP advisers could use the new system effectively and demonstrate value to their clients. This resulted in elevated levels of adviser satisfaction, adoption, and productivity improvement• Successful management of the ‘Remote Cheque Deposit’ project to move Quilter from manual cheque processing to a digital cheque scanning solution capable of handling cheques worth up to £6m per day – delivering time, productivity, and efficiency savings; reducing levels of risk; and enhancing Quilter’s environmental credentials
