I have been blessed to work with intelligent and caring people, and I relish the drill of raising the bar to get the best out of already great people while ensuring everyone is enjoying the game.In my former life as a strategy consultant, I have led solutioning, selling, and delivery of diverse large complex deals for programs ranging from business strategy and operations excellence to deployment of B2B SaaS platforms (such as CRM and Process Analytics), focusing on B2B Manufacturing industries (e.g. Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Natural Resources) and customer experience end of value chain (Lead to Cash cycle- Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain) I have helped clients/customers navigate through large global transformations in areas of corporate & business growth strategy, M&A and Post-merger integration, digital transformation, B2B customer experience & commercial excellence, process mining & operational analytics, operating model design & setup, value architecting & business adoption. Currently, I am building a SaaS operating system for remote sales with Goodmeetings, focusing on GTM and Product. At Goodmeetings, we help sales and customer success teams get the most out of their customer meetings, with full visibility of what\'s brewing and what\'s clicking to accelerate sales cycles and improve conversions.
