Define and manage SLAs with business partners, reporting regularly on performance using key KPIs. Functional lead for credit-related process and system enhancements; collaborate with Finance Projects & Systems teams for successful implementation. Conduct credit vetting and analysis to support new client onboarding while minimizing bad debt risk. Manage relationship with third-party collections agency, including placement of delinquent accounts and overseeing commission payouts on a contingency basis. Lead quarterly receivables cleansing activities to maintain a clean and reliable debtor ledger. Manage supplier onboarding for multiple clients to ensure seamless invoicing and payment processing via external third-party portals (e.g, ARIBA, TUNGSTEN, COUPA) and client-specific internal systems.
