   As the engineering leader for Paytm\'s Agent & Distribution App ecosystem, I architect and scale mission-critical products driving India\'s largest offline payments network. I work at the intersection of mobile platforms, AI automation, and enterprise-grade web applications, empowering agents, merchants, and internal teams alike. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Designed and scaled the Paytm Agent App, enabling seamless merchant onboarding, device deployment (Soundbox, EDC), and cross-selling of Paytm products by field agents across India- Built the internal Task Management Automation System, streamlining assignment and tracking of tasks to field agents, increasing efficiency and transparency. Led development of Paytm’s web platforms including: • Merchant Dashboard (https://dashboard.paytm.com): A self-service portal for merchants to manage payments, settlements, and service requests. • Business Website(https://business.paytm.com/): Public-facing site for lead generation and information dissemination to potential merchants. • Internal Onboarding Panel: Built secure, scalable internal tools to manage merchant/agent onboarding pipelines and KYC verification. Pioneered AI-based automations including: • Designed and deployed an AI-powered multimodal chatbot for field agents with both text and voice support, leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini), LangGraph-based workflows, Whisper for STT, TTS engines for voice response, and vector embeddings for contextual memory • MCP-based crash & bug analysis systems to auto-identify root causes from different monitoring tools like firebase, Sentry & Hawkeye and recommend fixes—significantly reducing engineering overhead. Headed a high-impact engineering team of up to 58 members, including Senior Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers.
