Experienced professional with more than 25Years of experience in IT Industry. Starting in an era, where IT industry largely centred around PCs and a few high end hardware offerings, I have have had the opportunity to watch the industry grow and being able to participate first in the Golden Phase of Growth and subsequently in the Transformational era of ITOver the last 25 years, I have worked with almost all aspects of the IT in India ranging from High volume businesses to addressing Managed services business, to working with different client segments in Enterprise and SMB and with Ecosystem. A number of these roles have been direct P&L responsibility and have involved managing large teams. I am currently focussed on building Long term strategy for the business while also managing key operational elementsI have also had the benefit of working as an International assignee, which provided me a great opportunity to work closely with a number of Asia Pacific countries. Uniqueness of business environments and the culture in each of these countries provided a phenomenal learning experience for self. Engaging our Clients, P&L Management and Working with Young Sales professionals in what excites me the most.
