I currently serve as Sr. Vice President & Head of HR at Oaktree Capital Management, Hyderabad. Prior to my current role, I served as the Head of HR India, for Franklin Templeton, which included the Asset Management Company, Global Services Center, Alternatives Company and legal entity in GIFT city having employees across 40 cities in India. I was also the HR business partner for EMEA and APAC Sales, Products and Marketing for couple of years.Before that, I was with Accenture in its management consulting team driving various talent projects across clients’ groups and geographies.
