For more details, please visit Area-• Directing the management of the talent acquisition, strategic and technical leadership hiring teams• Being responsible for the fulfillment of all strategic and technology leadership professionals, large volume accounts, enabling functions and sales leadership hiring in North America• Developing effective and sustained recruitment strategies including recruitment marketing and channels development, recruiting campaigns across all channels, digital and social media branding campaigns, and working with cross-functional teams on workforce planning and talent management initiatives• Identifying future talent needs and implementing a proactive recruitment strategy to build a deep talent pool of strong and qualified candidates• Organizing and running engagement campaigns on all platforms to enhance candidate experience and engagement• Advising and disseminating competitive market intelligence on hiring and employment trends to hiring executives and HR teams• Initiating and implementing strategic employer branding initiatives• Partner with global process automation team members to support digital transformational initiatives for the talent acquisition function
