Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) focuses on high performance versions of existing models, luxury bespoke commissions, heritage models or individually tailored vehicles that set pulses racing. Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) are a key part of the SO Organisation delivering World Class Products that amplify our core brand values in Ultimate Luxury,\\\\n\\\\nPrimary role as Senior Interior Engineer are;\\\\n· Lead and co-ordinate the Design & Development of the Interior Trim components, from initial concept design through to Job 1 implementation.\\\\n· Understanding of Jaguar Land Rover PCDS process to ensure each gateway has all engineering deliverables completed on time and within budget. These includes design reviews, EBERS checks etc\\\\n· Proficient ability to utilise WERS/AIMS/RMDV and DFMEA for problem-solving, engineering release and test validation.\\\\n· Great understanding of Engineering Standards and Quality Systems.\\\\n· Engineering change release through DCR, PACN and Concern procedures\\\\n· Ability to negotiate with all levels, e.g. cross-functional and suppliers.\\\\n· Knowledge of vehicle launch activities.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
