With more than 19 years of experience in the building material industry, I have developed a strong expertise in Channel Sales, Distribution Channel Development, Business Development, Data Analytics, Strategic Planning, as well as a deep understanding of the customer needs and market trends.In my current role, I oversee the sales, revenue, marketing, and administration functions for the North Region. I am responsible for expanding the market share and profitability of the company, generating new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships with key accounts and channels. I also lead and mentor a team of 50+ professionals across different functions, enabling them to achieve their targets and grow their careers.
