I like to solve problems. Through out my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answer to most pressing questions. My Job allows me to do variety of things. I focus on Transition, Project management, Lean six Sigma, Consulting, Operation management and Knowledge transfer. But I also get opportunity to work on Process improvement, Business Analyst, Strategic innovation and Work Flow design. I am passionate about Digital transformation, RPA and Data Science. Research shows 90% of available data on planet is collected in last one decade and RPA is next digital man force. Impact Analysis, functional specification and design document for program specification.Responsible for transition and project management for Global Capability Center (One of biggest US Healthcare client) and other business related transitions. RFE/RFP for existing and new proposals. Help solution team to develop architecture. Lead Knowledge transfer, Document creation and workflow design. Prepare test plan, describe scenario for testing requirement and preparing test result documents for verification of code changes.
