ABOUT AJAY DEOLIA

I have over 20 years’ experience working with some of the most recognised brands and companies spanning energy, retail, finance, technology consulting and the public sector. I have been fortunate to work for companies such as Centrica, Sainsbury’s, Bupa, Reuters, the NHS and technology giants LogicaCMG and CapGemini. Throughout my career I feel I have established myself as a talented and proficient leader in technology and have subsequently accrued vast and varied experience in delivering and designing both effective and leading industry solutions and technology transformations.Having first pursued a degree in the area of Software Engineering and most recently undertaken the Digital leadership programme at the Cranfield School of Management, I have equipped myself with a diverse skills set, allowing me to utilise and combine skills in both IT and business. I possess detailed and varied technical knowledge and through my career have created and led successful DevOps, Automation, Build Engineering and Configuration Management teams across different regions. This experience has given me the capability to accurately assess and resolve IT and business concerns whilst making a real difference to an organisations ability to implement technology changes quickly. I am adept at the design and implementation of fully automated continuous Integration and DevOps processes for Agile projects across a wide range of sectors.I constantly project an energy and drive which helps push projects forward and can extend to other members of my team, motivating and guiding them through complex avenues. I feel also that I exhibit the strong technical and leadership capabilities and have in my career implemented new and emerging technologies in creative ways to enable organisations to gain a competitive edge.
