Investigate internal and external theft, including employee dishonesty, shoplifting, and vendor fraud.• Policy & Compliance1. Develop, implement, and enforce company loss prevention policies, procedures, and SOPs.2. Conduct regular store audits on cash handling, inventory management, and operational controls.• Security Operations1. Supervise and coordinate store security systems (CCTV, EAS, access control).2. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock audits and cycle counts.• Data Analysis & Reporting 1. Analyze loss prevention reports, exception reports, and transaction data.2. Prepare periodic reports on shrinkage, investigations, compliance findings, and corrective actions.• Collaboration & Leadership 1. Lead and mentor LP officers or auditors in the field.2. Support legal and HR teams in disciplinary actions when theft or fraud is confirmed.• Continuous Improvement1. Recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance loss prevention.2. Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving retail fraud trends.3. Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and integrity within the retail environment.
