I’m a Senior Engineering Manager leading the Center of Excellence for AI/ML at Mindtickle, where I design and scale GenAI and Agentic AI infrastructure serving 300+ enterprise customers.My focus areas include LLMOps, prompt orchestration (Agent Platform, BYOP, Prompt Store, Eval Store), observability frameworks, and trustworthy AI design that aligns with Infosec and compliance standards. I’ve led initiatives around multimodal AI (ASR, TTS, roleplay agents, AI reviewers) and cross-vendor orchestration across proprietary Azure Open AI GPT, AWS Bedrock, Gemini models and open source models (Llama, Qwen).Previously, I built predictive and optimization systems at AppLift and Groupon, applying data science at scale. I’m passionate about democratizing AI adoption responsibly — combining technical innovation, operational rigor, and human-centric design.
