Perform virtual process transitions for EMEA region. Experienced in generating invoices, portal Invoicing, credit notes & sales order, verifying pricing and discounts, and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection. Utilized ERP systems (Service Now & Maconomy) to generate invoices, reconcile billing data and maintain billing records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Conducted regular audits of billing processes and identified opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Experience with multiple client portals (Coupa, Ariba, Tungsten, Amazon, Taulia, etc.) to dispatch invoices. Collaborated cross-functionally with client setup, job accounting, collections and cash app team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure alignment with customer contracts and agreements. Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing processes. This includes generating invoices & sales order promptly, verifying billing details, and following up on any outstanding payments. Conducted client calls and delivered weekly/monthly reports on pending invoices, draft approvals, and dispute cases to ensure timely resolution and improved collection efficiency. Validate the PO details and connect project manager/ sales team in case of any discrepancy. Prepare and deliver intercompany and external client’s invoices as per PO/ agreements. Review and update SOPs and when required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders related to discuss issues and connect sales team regularly. Regular connect with clients and stakeholders on monthly governance call to discuss process health, SLA, process escalations and challenges. Handled client queries through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and improved satisfaction.
