Led simulation of ransomware attack using Atomic Red Team; correlated logs in Splunk and Sentinel, identified detection gaps, and tuned 25+ rules to strengthen lateral movement detection. Mapped project controls against HIPAA and NIST CSF, helping compliance team close 4 audit findings and avoid $250K in potential regulatory penalties.
