Key Responsibility Areas: Write up the Technical Plan / Actions for process characterization study. Write up the Engineering Study protocol reference to comprehensive, diverse knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Write up the DOE. Carried out DOE via liaising with managing other cross functional stakeholders within the group. Carried out measurement system capabilities and develop measurement system to avoid measurement uncertainties. Carried out statical analysis to find the suitable process window / range. Write up the report of engineering studies and submission of regulatory documents. Interpret and implement the appropriate process monitoring and control methods consistent with the level of process / product risk. Follow and manage the operational qualification study as per DOE control limits. Collect data and execute/conduct various analytical/statistical analysis and interpretations as part of process improvements and day-to-day support. Carried out the appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure and improve the capability of the processes. Supporting quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterization that lead to continuous / cost improvement. Analyze the effectiveness of product / process with Six Sigma tool. Carried out and support the Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
