I have done my Graduation in Electrical Engineering in 2019. I started my career as a Quality Engineer with Dhoot Electrical system Pvt Ltd after that i was work with Texmo Pvt Ltd as a Quality Engineer and in these periods I was learn a lot of things.currently I am working with Dhoot Auto Components Pvt Ltd sambhaji nagar ( Aurangabad) as a process engineer. some responsibility I want to share with you.##CABLE MANUFACTURING## Process Engineer 1. To check the whole process is right or not (according control plan / specifications). according to control plan and specs to check the process parameters. To check the thermal stability of material like PVC type. To check the all size Anticapilarry wire air pressure test and water pressure test. To check solution for used anicapillary wire with difine formula standard. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement. Oversee continuous improvement projects. Identify key KPIs for product quality. I have also worked in the ACC ( automatic cutting and crimping) section. some responsibility I want to share with you.##CABLE CUTTING & CRIMPING## Quality Engineer 1. To check the article according to processing label. To check according to processing label wire and terminal. measurements of wire cutting length and also check terminal C/H, C/W, I/H, I/W.
