Identifying the resume that best suits the client requirements, through various sources like Job Sites, Referrals, Contacts, Database, and Third Parties.• Thoroughly check resumes content, quality and accuracy, Approve or disapprove candidates/resumes based on experience, education and various other guide lines, Conducting Telephonic Interviews and in person Interviews. Negotiated bill rates with clients for contractors and base salary percentage fees for permanent placements.• Sourcing, scheduling and interviewing on an average 15 candidates per week to fill job orders.• Maintaining and establishing relationship with clients, account executives and candidates to manage expectations of all stakeholders and keeping information current.• Taking job orders from clients and immediately broadcasting the opportunity through the internal website, self created candidate databases, external portals, social networking sites for immediate interview and placement.• Successfully completing on board paperwork by completing reference checks, negotiating salaries, candidate orientation and benefits.• Updating and managing candidate information through the internal tracking system.
