Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training program, implemented in the\\\\nstate.\\\\nCoordinate and communicate about the program to the government department\\\\nofficials, extension workers, State Universities, etc. and develop a resource team\\\\nfor the project\\\\nNetwork with the local people and implement the training programs along with\\\\nthem\\\\nUnderstand the course content, plan and conduct Training of Trainers who in\\\\nturn delivers it to the students within a given time frame.\\\\nGive feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that\\\\nthe information students receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date.\\\\nTake feedback from trainer on content and assisting Content Development team\\\\nin developing the course content.\\\\nEnsuring that training/revenue targets for the center are met in a timely manner.\\\\nTimely preparation and submission of the activity/ budgetary/performance\\\\nreports.\\\\nParticipating in strategy planning with Project Coordinator and Project Manager\\\\nfor maximizing the reach of the program, increasing revenue for the center and\\\\ncreating new opportunities.\\\\nEnsuring the trainers follow the course content prescribed by the Head Office.\\\\nWorking hand in hand with the Project Coordinator/Manager for Train the\\\\nprogram relevant for the staff training, conducting assessments and\\\\ncertifications for the trainees and placement of the trainees.\\\\nPlacement of the trainees and recruitment of the trainers and center staff.\\\\nSingle point of contact for overall management for specific center.\\\\nKnowledge of RFP (Request for Proposal)\\\\nLiasoning related to state Government Scheme.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
