As the CEO & Director of Shram Sarathi, I lead a team of 60+ passionate and dedicated professionals spread across 10 different locations who are committed to enabling financial inclusion of communities dependent on migration and labour. We provide innovative and blended financing options, such as micro-credit, savings, insurance, and pension, to empower our clients to secure their livelihoods and dignity. We have reached over households across Rajasthan and Gujarat, and have mobilized more than 500 million rupees in micro loans and deposits.I am also an Acumen Social Innovator Fellow, a prestigious program that selects and supports leaders who are solving some of the world\'s most pressing social problems. As a fellow, I have access to a global network of mentors, peers, and resources that help me grow as a leader and scale my impact. Before joining Shram Sarathi, I was part of McKinsey\'s transformation practice, where I led organizational transformations and gained valuable experience in strategy, operations, and analytics. I hold a MBA from NMIMS and a B.Tech from IIT-BHU, as well as a diploma in yoga teacher training. I am passionate about economics, technology, development finance, investments, yoga, meditation, and social justice.
