Currently, Portfolio Lead to manage multiple client accounts within vertical (team size of appx 350 resources & revenue of around $10m) that includes Delivery, Resourcing, PnL & Margins, driving various operational parameters and support organizational initiatives Act as Offshore Delivery Manager to take care of large portfolio of QA/Software Testing for a Tier 1 UK Bank with team size of 150+ and revenue up to $8m. Responsibilities like Project Financials, Resource Management, Client/Stakeholder Management, Project delivery and compliance. As a Transformation Lead, I was responsible to drive a Digital Transformation Program for Contract Management Systems in the bank. Also, worked as Manager on Agile Transformation Program for the AML projects within the bank. Worked as Test Program Manager, responsible for managing end-to-end test management activities from inception to implementation by creating master project plan & schedule in MPP, requirement analysis, identify dependencies and define quality gates and miles stone and per the program time lines. Worked as a Project Manager to deliver a Strategic Risk Assessment project for the bank. Project delivery includes Scope/Requirements analysis, Design, Development, Testing, UAT support, Production deployment and Maintenance. Responsibilities also include Project Financials, Resource Management and Risk Management. Plan Dev/Test environments availability, Maintenance and code deployment schedule As a Test Manager, I have led and managed technical teams performing functional testing (System and System Integration) for Corporate Payments project (BACS, CHAPS, Faster & International payments) with SWIFT Messages validations. Also, worked as Business Test Manager / UAT Manager to assist Business Team in signing-off the software product with acceptable quality and also conducting Live Proving Tests for Anti-Money laundering project.
