ABOUT AJAY PATTANI
Thanks for reading my profile. I\'ll start with a few testimonials, then get into some nuggets of my life, some business lessons, and conclude with my personal core values:\"My favorite middle son.\"-Anonymous mom\"Entrepreneurship is like my sense of fashion in that every year I look back at the last and wonder what was I thinking.\"-Ajay while wearing yellow sunglasses at night\"I care only about things that matter.I don\'t match socks\"-The one rule in my lifeI communicate through stories: getting on 3 flights without ID, learning how to apologize from 20••••16 when we attempted to expand into a new service offering, and having the most important meeting of my life in a NY board room result in me being sent to the ER. I am very transparent. In 2019 I rented out my condo in Chicago and gave away all my material possessions to test being a minimalist, nomad. I enjoy this lifestyle and currently spend most of my time in Miami. Looking back on the past 10 years I have learned a ton including simple lessons that may be obvious to others. Hire the best people; invest in a strong culture; create a plan and vision while understanding it will change. Always be grateful and positive. My goals are to always focus on my education and my relationships. I am fortunate to get published on topics including happiness, positivity, and teamwork. One post that is significant in my life evaluates deathbed regrets and allowed me to formulate my personal core values. They are: 1. gratitude 2. friends and family3. do and experience more4. help others5. positive health and wellness
