Senior Service Management consultant with over twenty years’ experience within the IT service industry.Having gained a wide range of experience from Service Management, Service Delivery Management, Team Management and Technical Consultant roles within the Logistics, Automotive, Retail and Financial sectors.Skilled in the economic management of ITIL based IT Services from Project acceptance through to implementation and ongoing delivery to agreed Service Level targets. Key Service Management skills include- Global Service Design, Service Modelling with a high focus on Incident and Change Management processes and procedures- Collaborative approach to Management of Global Support Teams including Service Desk and support teams.
