I am a part of the Board Leadership Center (BLC), a program that focuses on corporate governance and various other matters relevant for board members. BLC provides a networking platform that aims to foster collaboration amongst board members across the country. In addition to my BLC role, I am also a part of the Risk Advisory – Management Team and am responsible for overall practice development. I work in the central project management office of Risk Advisory team and assist the practice leader in implementing & enabling growth strategies for the practice. I primarily work on the Go-to-Market strategy of our practice, which encompasses areas such as conceptualizing marketing collaterals, business development plans, account planning, running revenue engines, sector/corridor programs, etc.
