From drafting vendor and partner agreements to ensuring consumer protection, tech compliance, labor law adherence, and handling disputes, you will be the legal guardian of the brand.Key Responsibilities:Contracting & AgreementsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including service partner agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, tech and SaaS partnerships, brand collaborations, and marketing/advertising MOUs.Compliance & Regulatory OversightEnsure compliance with applicable laws including labor laws, consumer protection, data privacy (IT Act), and industry regulations related to personal care services.Risk Mitigation & Litigation ManagementProactively identify legal risks in business processes and propose mitigation strategies.
