I wanted to share a brief overview of my experience. I have been working closely with Genesys Professional Services for more than 7 years, and overall I bring 14 years of experience in the Contact Center industry.My core expertise is in Genesys Architect and AI practices, and I have been actively involved in several IVR and BOT development initiatives, supporting new implementations and enhancements.The only constraint on my side is that I have been working remotely for the past 7 years due to a family medical condition. However, during this time I have successfully delivered multiple projects and remained fully engaged with the team.I have consistently been recognized by the Genesys PS team as a strong resource for IVR and BOT development.If there is an opportunity where my experience could add value, I would truly appreciate the chance to contribute.
