I am Ajay Kumar Saini, an Aerospace Engineer with experience across engineering design, operations management, and data analytics, and a strong interest in innovation-driven, technology-focused environments. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Chandigarh University, with a solid academic foundation in aerodynamics, propulsion systems, advanced materials, and aerospace systems.I currently work as an Assistant Manager at Aerodrone Robotics Pvt. Ltd, where I support business operations, engineering workflows, and executive decision-making. My responsibilities include end-to-end 3D modeling and CAD design, operational coordination, and Power BI–based business intelligence. I develop structured dashboards and reports that improve visibility into project performance, operational KPIs, and organizational data, enabling faster and more informed management decisions.My professional profile combines hands-on engineering design, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven analysis.
