I am an MBA (HR & Marketing) graduate from NIT Trichy with hands-on experience in HR Operations, employee relations, onboarding, grievance handling, and workforce administration. I currently work as Team Lead – HR Ops Admin at Delhivery Ltd, where I manage end-to-end HR processes, manpower planning, HRMS activities, vendor coordination, and day-to-day workforce support for operations teams.Previously, I gained exposure to client relationship management and negotiation in a business development role, which strengthened my communication and stakeholder management skills. I also developed a strong foundation in core HR practices during my internship at Tata Steel, particularly in grievance redressal, policy support, and employee engagement.I am experienced in working in fast-paced environments, handling employee concerns with a structured and people-centric approach, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. I am keen to grow in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, where I can contribute to efficient people processes and a positive workplace culture.
