The objective is to design, create, optimize and maintain a global robust product that caters well to the end users needs and optmize the outcome. This is achieved by defining the clear product vision and mainataining a product road-map that is accessible to all team members (stakeholders and teams) at all times.The road map is then translated to form an interface between the business and engineering, ensuring the product specifications are well captured, interpreted and rightly fitted in the system at the lowest cost with optimal resources. This is majorly achieved by practicing lean methodologies and agile practice.As a Sr Principal Engineer/ Solution Architect I drive the product development from the point of gathering the requirements from different stack-holders and business and translating to the user needs that finally shape the end product. I am actively involved in every phase of product development, it can be listed as from requirements gathering, creating HLD/LLD, creating POCs, Explaining requirements to the team, driving the project, technological decision and design, development, demos, running scrums, delivery management, monitoring system etc. Expertise and proven track record in working with users/stakeholders and teams that span across multiple continents. My expertise are in design and development of the backend system with understanding over the presentation layer [frontend].
