Working with Dream Chase Technology, LLC got an opportunity to work closely with clients hiring manager, understand the requirements etc. Proficient in recruiting and marketing techniques such as vendor networking and internet search etc. Expert level knowledge and work experience in internet recruitment sites like Monster, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Dice, Desi OPT etc. Got trained to understand the United States of America immigration such as F1 OPT, F1 CPT, H1, L2 EAD, H4 EAD, GC, citizen, TN, E3 etc. Having knowledge of every State tax and per hourly rate, which we get from the client end for different States. Understand the whole recruitment life cycle and outstanding persuasion, negotiation and investigative skills with ability to work effectively in high pressure environments. I always try to make our candidates understand about the job market and train them based on our client requirements, so they can land on the job soon.
