As board chair of Holy Cross Health, I led the institution through a merger with Trinity Health resources in Pennsylvania and Delaware to create Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, as a multi-state, multi-hospital, social safety net health system. I also led the selection process for a new Regional CEO to lead this new health system. In addition to overall strategic guidance, I provide board-level input on Artificial Intelligence in healthcare (Medical AI) and cybersecurity issues.
