ACCOUTABILITIES Reporting to the Construction & commissioning Head and heading erection of 2X660 MW Boiler supplied by Alstom Project India Ltd. Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent and comprehensive drawings and specification with the contractor. Review weekly & monthly reports of package assigned, escalate issues & drive corrective action. Preparation of Project activity as per contract agreement. Co-ordinate with Designer & project management group, Owner, EPC contractor & subcontractor. Involved in erection, testing, & commissioning of boiler pressure parts & Rotary parts & structure. Involved to checking the alignment procedure in pressure parts & inspect the material at arriving time at site. Assisting to implements HSE standard norms in projects activity & prepared the HIRA (Hazards identification & risks assessments) of all work package of Boiler (Structure, Pressure parts, Rotary parts & ducting, & piping). Planning, scheduling, controlling & supervision of project activity. Preparation of BOQ & Finalization executes material as per drawing. Selecting & approving best consumables & material to achieve as per requirement. Tracking project activities with particular emphasis on quality, safety conformity to drawings, specifications, standards & codes and periodically reviewed schedule.
