Help them for machine to operating-Effective handeling of Union employees, Company roll operators and contract manpower at same time-Responsibility to resolve machine issues, mold correction, mold changeover, mold setting, Chemical loading-Maintaining safety discipline, identify and resolve unsafe contions and process in the operating workforce-Support production team in every new project and achieving production target-Responsible for maintaining 6S and the 3M, 3F, 3R-Maintain KAIZEN and ensure safety accident-Production Planning on daily basis and execute to team members-Maintain Production related report on daily basis-Maintain the Scrap (Vendor scarp & Process Scarp) data on daily,weekly & monthly basis-Utilize to reduce the scrap-To make process easier and continuously developing tool to make process easier.
