As a passionate and detail-oriented commercial construction project management professional, I thrive on turning client visions into reality.I specialize in creating visually appealing and functional office spaces, partnering with clients across industries such as biotech, hi-tech, government, law and financial firms, hotels and condominiums and higher education to design and build environments that meet their unique business needs. My role includes engaging with design firms to capture client visions, considering the current design principles and elements for their new or renovated spaces. In addition, I manage the construction team and other essential vendors to ensure the project is completed in an efficient manner. My journey in commercial construction has been fulfilling, marked by significant achievements, such as the design and construction of a lab and office facility for a leading biotech company in Philadelphia. Collaborating with key stakeholders, I helped develop corporate standards that ensured our designs not only met requirements but also fostered innovation and growth in the gene therapy market.One of my most inspiring and memorable projects was the rehabilitation of a historic building in Philadelphia. By blending modern design principles with a respect for the building’s heritage, we deconstructed it to its base structure and transformed it into a space featuring an elegant lobby, multipurpose room, industrial kitchen, community pantry, office space, modern façade, lighting accents, and a healing garden.One of the aspects I enjoy most about my work is taking an idea or concept and bringing it to life, guiding it from the initial vision all the way through to the finished commercial construction project.Driven by a commitment to excellence, I am known for my collaborative approach, patience, and ability to engage clients to achieve their operational goals.
