ABOUT AJAY BHANDERI

I am an experienced Desktop / Trade Floor Support engineer, capable of supporting a large number of users, within a range of departments including Marketing, Operations, Traders, HR, Compliance & Audit.I maintain, manage and prioritise my workload covering many aspects of support from hardware/software break fix, desk moves, IT budget stock control, and purchasing, amongst other duties.I have successfully completed an office move from one building to another, managed and coordinated backup sites, liaised with colleagues across regions for support & setup trading applications and fully maintained all PC’s, laptops, PDAs across the business area. I also have experience in supporting VIP & Exec users.My key strengths are being able to organise and manage my time effectively, handle a number of different tasks at any given time, prioritise and ensure that my work is delivered in a timely and professional manner. It also means that I can cope with unexpected issues including urgent jobs and unforeseen developments.I use my own initiative to think ahead and anticipate what further work or requirements may need to be addressed. This ensures that limited resources are used as efficiently as possible in a busy work environment.I am also a team player and have strong communication skills, which means that I am able to work effectively as part of a joint project and convey the message to a wider audience.I am a strong candidate as I posses the requisite skills and experience, and I am highly competent, adaptable, conscientious and professional. I have worked in high pressure, stressful environments in which I thrived.
