ABOUT AJ SHARMAA

Ajay has over 16 years of international experience in leading large and complex advisory engagements for his clients in diverse cultural contexts. He has led numerous advisory projects for public and private sector organizations, including ministries, crown corporations and private sector corporations across countries, including Canada. His ability to mentor, lead and direct multidisciplinary and multicultural teams has proven to be his greatest strength in building an inclusive work culture where team members feel supported and valued. In 2015, Ajay was handpicked by Acumen Fund in New York as one of 10 Global Fellows from a pool of candidates across 105 countries to participate in a 13-month leadership development program. This unique experience taught him the art of practicing “Adaptive Leadership” to enable effective organizational capacity building. Global experience with Deloitte provided Ajay with great opportunities to learn and apply new approaches and best practices to stay agile and be relevant in a fast-changing world. Ajay continues to look for innovative ways to be more effective and add value to his clients. Ajay\'s leadership style and experience, commitment to high ethical and professional standards, and ability to be truly agile in response to changing needs allow him to be highly effective in building and leading successful teams and supporting his clients on their success journey.
