From managing airport property initiatives to co-founding community-based ventures, I bring people-centered leadership to every space I serve.In my current role as Administrator of Properties, Planning, and Development at the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport, I oversee property management functions, support long-term planning initiatives, and coordinate development efforts that contribute to the strategic growth of one of Arkansas’s largest transportation hubs.My career spans IT, healthcare, and early childhood education, where I’ve led brand campaigns, improved HR processes, and implemented strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. Whether I’m driving internal culture or shaping external messaging, I focus on creating systems that empower people and deliver measurable results.Outside of work, I’m a founding member of Elite Sisters of Light 007, where I lead volunteer initiatives focused on community impact and mental health awareness. I\'m also actively involved in professional and civic organizations including Women in Transportation and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.I’m always open to connecting with professionals across industries to share insights, collaborate on initiatives, and build networks that drive progress.    An event that started as a small idea, Minding My Black Owned Business, INC (MMBOB) blossomed as our efforts to creatively launch Southern Pasta Twist took off. After receiving overwhelming support to keep up the concept, MMBOB Inc. was established.MMBOB is a non-profit organization created to connect black owned businesses to their local communities, amplify resources, & supply them with a platform. Similarly, reconstructing Black Wall Street in order to revive what we once had is our primary goal.
