Within outsourcing, I solely recruit for Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) in the markets of greater Chicago, Indianapolis, and Northeastern Ohio. CAAS provides customized accounting support for our clients (typically larger than $50M) on an interim and project basis. Serving both public and private companies, CAAS deftly fulfills clients’ needs, whether they are interim or part-time.As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor within CAAS, I promote effective communication among hiring managers, providing constructive feedback, and guiding consensus in hiring decisions to attract best-in-class candidates to meet current and future business requirements. Contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as the project-based consulting group\'s 10th-anniversary celebrations and Consultant Listening Sessions, I foster a positive work environment.
