KEY CLIENT WORK• Enabling Enterprise- Wide Change-Accenture’s Asset & Platform Experience: Conducted a multi-phase analysis using CART, sentiment analysis and stakeholder mindset using Affinity Propagation Cluster technique. This study enabled engagement with persona mindsets.• Activating Talent Strategy- Skills Analysis & Future Role Matching: For an oil and gas company, we used a data-driven approach to assess employee skills and match them to future roles. Using Euclidean distance, the top three role fits were identified for each individual based on skill alignment.• Driving Technology Adoption– Generative AI & Metaverse: Developed an adoption framework. Applied Hierarchical Cluster Analysis to identify four distinct user personas and used Random Forest to uncover key adoption challenges. • Ensuring Fairness- Talent Equity Analysis: To detect adverse impact for a job-screening assessment, statistical significance (2SD & Fisher\'s Exact) & practical significance (4/5th rule, shortfall test) tests were used. Collaborated closely with lawyers & psychometricians, since the results had legal implication. INNOVATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTTransformation GPS (TGPS) is Accenture’s flagship change management product. Key product enhancements worked on: • Forecasting Change – Predictive Modeling for Change Tracking: Statistical methods suited for panel data—Panel Vector Autoregression (PVAR) and Linear Mixed Effects—were deployed. The model identifies deteriorating trends, forecasts future risks and highlights enduring strengths.• Real-Time Insights - Rule-Based Intelligence, Gen AI driven Summaries: Platform enabled feature, developed through multiple scenario planning, formalized through logic & statistical formulae to get rule-based automated text. Insights powered by Gen AI.• Thought Leadership- Trends in Change Management: Extensive financial analysis of organizations which have taken TGPS shows that strong change capability drives higher economic value.
